1. Put the handrail, nail the plastic accessory on it and put small post.
2. Turn the assembly upside down, keep certain distance to nail plastic accessory.
3. Install the long post.
4. Assemble the other side.
5. Nail the 4x4 metal bracket.
6. Put the base cover.
7. Fix nails for plastic accessory and install horizontal post.
8. Fix nails and put post cap. Finished.
