Yes, we provide physical samples or videos. Digital samples are generally free; for physical sample costs and freight, please consult our service team.
Q3. What is the service life of the wood-plastic flooring?
We offer different grades with service lives ranging from 2-3 years up to 10-20 years. Our products are waterproof, mothproof, and resistant to extreme temperatures, ideal for outdoor use.
Q4. Is the installation of WPC railing complicated?
Installation is simple. It uses a lock-and-click splicing design requiring no glue. You only need basic tools like a tape measure, electric drill, and cutting machine. We provide instructions and video tutorials.
Q5. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The regular MOQ is 1 x 20-foot container (approx. 1000-1200 sqm). However, we accept small-batch orders (100-500 sqm) via LCL shipping, though the unit price may be slightly higher.
Q6. How do you handle damaged goods or quality problems?
If damage is reported within 7 days with photo/video evidence, we will reissue accessories for minor damage or negotiate refunds/replacements for serious quality issues.
