Ensures raw materials are accurately weighed and uniformly mixed before extrusion molding.
The core process forming the physical structure. Twenty automated extrusion lines ensure high-efficiency production and stable quality.
Materials are heated to melting point (180°C to 200°C) and passed through custom dies to determine precise cross-sectional shapes.
Hot profiles are pulled into vacuum sizing units for rapid solidification, preventing warping and maintaining dimensional accuracy.
Precision cutting to final lengths, quality inspection for surface defects, and automated packaging into bundles and pallets.
Our fully automated packaging line can process at least 2,000 bales of flooring within 8 hours. Products are protected with MDF/plywood separators and paper corner protectors.
