4 fully automated extrusion lines produce 25,000+ sqm daily. UV coating creates glossy, matte, or semi-matte finishes, making the flooring more wear-resistant and non-slip.
Precision cutting for four-edge locking clips. Automated application of IXPE/EVA silent mats can reduce noise by up to 18dB for a comfortable walking experience.
Our fully automated packaging line handles at least 2,000 packages in 8 hours. We provide customized packaging on pallets with density board separators and paper corner protectors.
