Frequently Asked Questions
How do I install my Decking?
The installation is quite easy, requiring only simple tools like an electric drill, clips, and screws. Generally, 2 people can complete about 50 square meters of decking quickly.
How do I clean my Decking?
Compared to traditional wood, composite decking requires little maintenance. Regular cleaning with a hard brush and soapy warm water is sufficient to keep it tidy.
Why is the keel necessary for installation?
Keels ensure the planeness of the floor surface and facilitate proper drainage. Since WPC is used outdoors, the keel prevents the boards from sitting directly on wet ground.
Do WPC products fade easily?
While all materials exposed to UV may change slightly, co-extruded composite decking offers the highest level of fade resistance among wood-plastic composites.
What is your typical delivery time?
Usually 10-15 days after receiving a 30% deposit for one 20ft container (approx. 850 sqm). Regular orders may be processed in as little as 7 days.
How do you assure quality?
Our QC team checks size, color, and surface quality during manufacturing. We also perform mechanical property tests on samples from every batch.
